What if I'm not in Bali?
Most of our clients aren't. That's exactly why we exist. Everything is handled on-site by our team. You get regular reports and can reach your manager anytime via WhatsApp.
Do you guarantee occupancy?
No β€” and be careful with anyone who does. We optimize pricing, listing quality, and guest experience to maximize your bookings. But we don't make promises we can't keep.
Why are your management fees lower than others?
Because we have our own in-house team β€” cleaners, maintenance, managers. No outsourcing means lower overhead. And clients in our management get special rates on all repairs and maintenance work.
Can I switch from short-term to long-term later?
