We help you watch your build

Your eyes on the ground.

You don't need to be in Bali to know what's happening on your build. Weekly reports, quality checks, and 10 years of European construction experience watching your back.

Two Ways We Help

Prevention or rescue. Your call.

A

We help you watch your build

You have your own builder β€” but no one checking their work. We visit your site every week, inspect progress, verify quality, push deadlines, and send you detailed photo reports. You stay in Prague, London, or Sydney. We make sure nothing goes sideways.

B

Project Rescue

Your contractor disappeared. The build is half-done. Money's been spent and nothing works. We've seen it dozens of times. We step in, assess what's there, and finish the project at reasonable cost β€” so it makes financial sense and you can start earning.

What We Monitor

Every detail, every week.

Structural Quality

Foundation, columns, beams, walls β€” built to standard, not shortcuts.

Material Verification

Making sure the materials used match what you paid for.

Timeline & Budget

Tracking progress vs. plan. Flagging delays before they become problems.

Waterproofing

The #1 issue in Bali construction. We catch it early.

Electrical & Plumbing

Safe wiring, proper sizing, correct installation. No fire hazards.

Photo Reports

Weekly photo documentation sent to you with notes and action items.

Our Background

European construction standards.
Bali local knowledge.

We come from a European construction background with 10 years of hands-on experience. We know what good construction looks like β€” and more importantly, we know what bad construction looks like before it becomes a disaster.

In Bali, the construction industry doesn't always follow the same standards you're used to back home. That's where we come in. We bridge the gap between what your contractor is doing and what you expect.

Common issues we catch

Undersized electrical circuits for modern appliances. Insufficient waterproofing on flat roofs. Structural shortcuts in columns and foundations. Wrong concrete mix ratios. Missing reinforcement steel. Poor drainage planning.

FAQ

Questions answered.

How often do you visit the site?
Weekly as standard. More frequently during critical phases like foundation or roofing. You get a detailed report after every visit.
Can you take over a project mid-construction?
Yes. We assess what's been done, identify what needs fixing, and give you a realistic plan and budget to complete it properly.
Do you work with any contractor or only yours?
Both. We can supervise your existing contractor, or bring in our own team if the current one isn't cutting it. Your choice.
