What is a PT PMA?

A PT PMA (Penanaman Modal Asing) is a foreign-owned limited liability company in Indonesia. It's the legal structure that allows foreigners to own and operate a business in Indonesia.

How long does PT PMA setup take?

Typically 4–6 weeks from start to finish, depending on document completeness and government processing times. We'll keep you updated throughout.

Can I get a visa for my family too?

Yes. As a PT PMA director/shareholder, you can sponsor dependent visas (KITAS) for your spouse and children. We handle the entire process.

Why is your price lower than others?

Because we know the real cost. Many agents charge 50–80M IDR for the same process. Our 28M includes everything — we just don't add the unnecessary markup. We make our margin on fair pricing, not on overcharging people who don't know any better.

Do you handle annual reporting and compliance?

We can connect you with our accountant for ongoing tax compliance and annual reporting. This is a separate service but we make sure you're set up properly from day one.
